What started as an appreciation and shared adventure grew into a dream: to create wines that tell our own story and share them with friends and family while

Uncork and celebrate our first vintage collection releasing Spring 2025

Our 'Gold Leaf Collection'  is four VQA Ontario Wines that include a Chardonnay, Rosé, Gamay and Cabernet Franc.

These wines are proudly made in collaboration with Niagara Custom Crush Studio in Niagara, Canada. The Chardonnay, Rosé and Gamay will be released Spring 2025 and the Cabernet Franc will be released Fall 2025.

About the Gold Leaf Collection

The inaugural offering, titled ‘The Gold Leaf Collection,’ invites you to experience a sip of pure fascination and experience a harmonious blend of elegance and intrigue. Rooted in the art of ampelography, each wine in the collection pays tribute to the essential qualities of its grape varietal while incorporating a creative and inspired twist.

Ampelography is an art that bridges the gap between tradition and innovation, capturing the story of grapevines and their journey from the vineyard to the glass.  Surprise and delight your palate, with wines that are inspired by a sommelier’s craving for art and a winemaker's pursuit of perfection.

Chardonnay 2024

Description:Fresh and sophisticated! Bursting with soft apple and zesty citrus, it’s refreshing, flirty, and ready to party. 
 
Winemaking: Full primary fermentation done in tank to preserve fruit. Malolactic ferment to soften acidity. 30 % aged neutral wood the rest in stainless. 100% Chardonnay

Description:The relaxed overachiever. Dry, fruit-driven, and so fresh. "Crushable" doesn’t even begin to cover it—this is the kind of wine that makes you wonder how the bottle got empty so fast.
 

Winemaking: Partial Carbonic fermentation,  Pressed off early for fruit driven style. Left to finish primary in barrel. Malolactic fermentation  to soften acidity. 100% Gamay Noir

Cabernet Franc 2024

Description:All play no work. Fruit-driven and fresh with a hint of funk, it brings all the juicy blackberries and cherries to the table, but with enough structure to remind you it’s still a classy affair.

Winemaking: Traditionally fermented in one tonne bins. Punched down 3 times a day for extraction. Pressed off and transferred to neutral oak barrique. Full malolactic fermentation. 100% Cabernet Franc
